DEIB Facilitator Training

A group of ethnically diverse women sit around a conference table smiling at each other.

DEIB Training Level 1: Intro to DEIB Facilitating

Learn about implicit bias–how to recognize it and how to prevent it from influencing behavior— as well as practical strategies for interrupting microaggressions without causing conflict. We’ll tackle dealing with inappropriate jokes, when it’s appropriate to call out someone who is behaving in a bigoted manner and how to recognize and respond to defensiveness – the number one barrier to an inclusive environment.

This course also explains why traditional DEI training doesn’t work. We’ll provide techniques backed by science and evidence that can move your organization toward progress.

Whether you’re a working professional interested in equity and inclusion within your organization, a supervisor who wants to build diverse teams, an executive looking for DEI solutions that accomplish measurable, practical goals or an individual hoping to activate your allyship and to improve your personal relationships, this course is for you.

*Once you complete DEI Facilitation Level 1, you will be invited to enroll in Level 2 and so on through Level 4.
