You’re invited to join us for Reclaiming Self-Care as Resistance, a workshop crafted specifically for these times. Celeste teaches evidence-based tips for honoring your well-being despite the chaos. 

Centered around Audre Lorde’s original definition of self-care, you’ll learn about:

  • Establishing new routines
  • Healthy news-reading habits
  • Social media strategies for well-being
  • Setting boundaries with your phone
  • Techniques for talking about issues that cause anxiety
  • How to relieve feelings of helplessness
  • How to make philanthropy a daily habit
 
This self-care investment is two hours. The price is $99 per person.  We need a minimum of 4 participants to run each session, so grab an accountability partner and register together.

Similarly, if you are a leader facing a problem with burnout or seeking to prevent this phenomenon on your team, you may prefer a tailored session to learn how to transition your organization from a culture of exhaustion and overwhelm to that of well-being & engagement.
