Burnout prevention is for all of us — employees, team leads, managers or anyone at risk of burnout in their job. You may register below to attend one of our monthly 3-hour workshops, or you may contact us to develop a custom workshop for you or your team. If you’re an individual at risk of burnout or think you are experiencing burnout, the 3-hour workshop is a great place to start. 

Recognizing that your team will be more productive and more creative when they’re less tired or that they’ll be more focused by creating boundaries around task completion & email isn’t a new idea, but it is challenging to change.

If you are a leader facing a problem with burnout or seeking to prevent this phenomenon on your team, this course is for you, too. If you prefer a tailored session to learn how to transition your organization from a culture of exhaustion and overwhelm to that of well-being & engagement, we’re happy to develop that as well.

We explain how hustle culture perpetuates this condition & keeps inequity in place. We focus on transitioning individuals & organizations from a culture of exhaustion & overwhelm to that of well-being & engagement.
